About Our Company
Aaron’s cutting was founded in 1997 with over 25 years of experience. Aaron first started cutting clothes then sewing, and eventually turning Aaron’s cutting into a full one stop shop fashion house. Our experience and eye catching details have made us a fashion power house in Garland.
What is garment cutting?
Garment Cutting is the first phase in garment production process: It is the process of breaking a spread into garment sections that are the exact size & shape of the pattern pieces on a marker.

Marking
Is the process of placing pattern to maximize the number of patterns that can be cut out of a given piece of fabric. Our Marker specialist will be glad to hear you.
Pattern Making & Digitizing
We excel in providing top-notch services for pattern design, pattern making, and digitizing. We are your go-to destination for creating precise blueprints of your garments, which are essential for accurate fabric cutting.
Embroidery
The art of process of garming decorative designs with Machine needle work. We offer embroidery service from custom to mass production on hats, Shirts, and anything you can think.
Grading
Applying proportional grading to pattern pieces is crucial to fitting a wide range of sizes. Grading values can be assigned to pieces from a rule table and edited on the fly in pattern design process of turning sample size into an additional smaller or larger sizes.
